0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had. The vehicle was not properly inspected and could have killed someone. Also when they finally agreed to do the work they towed it to an offsite mechanic and then was not properly inspected and could have killed someone. I bought my 2018 Honda Civic on March 20th. 2021 at Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville. I was happy with my purchase until I received the carfax after the sale and found out it had been wrecked twice! When I talked to the finance lady, I asked her about getting my own financing, she told me I couldn't get financing on a used car for any less than what they offered (OVER 4 PERCENT) which I found out was WAY WRONG, I found it for 1.79%! I left I'd say at least 5 messages for the used car manager to call me, he never did! I guess (THERE'S NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!) I can say the salesperson was nice, I just wished they would've sent me the carfax before I bought the car! For these reasons, I wouldn't go there again, next stop, Better Business Bureau! More
