We had done our homework and felt we knew pretty much what our trade-in was worth and what the car we were purchasing was worth. I don't like the back and forth negotiation process of buying a car. I told Dustin this and told him I felt my offer was fair to all. (Dustin was our sales person). He took our offer and looked at our trade. After consulting with his supervisor, the deal was made. It was a good deal for all. Best car buying experience we ever had. Joel the finance manager was excellent and the paperwork went quickly and smoothly. Everything clear and explained. We had a good visit with Neil the sales manager on our way to claim the Mini we had purchased. A nice young man in the service department had washed and cleaned the car. Dustin showed us important features of the car, and we were off. Great experience! Friendly, professional people, all. More

Fastest Car Deal ever! This was the first pleasant experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. I'd prefer to go to the dentist for a root canal rather than buy a car! However; as stated, the experience with Mini of St. Louis was great! Dustin was easy to work with and we didn't have to play that game with the sales manager and the finance people. Tina made the financing paperwork easy and they were able to establish the loan with my credit union. All in all, the best vehicle purchase experience...ever! More
