They explained all the new features on my new 2017 Mini, and there have been some changes! The car is a blast to drive! Although I live in Kentucky, I still travel to St. Louis for all my Mini needs, service and sales. I have tried other mini dealers and service departments, but I always end up going back to St. Louis. The team there is tried and true and there are never any ugly surprises. More

The car was exactly as promised, and they had a technician remove the tiny spot of tree sap that I spotted - without any resistance or complaint. As I'm much closer to retirement than college, I've dealt with more than a few car dealers and can say that MINI of St. Louis is the only one that I can recommend without any reservation whatsoever. And on my employee ratings, the only reason that I gave 4 stars to Mark Conn (who filled in for Finance) was that I couldn't give Dustin and Neil 6 stars! More
