Took my vehicle in had a diagnostic done. They told me what needed to be fixed and said that it would take one day. 6 days later I get the phone call it had been fixed. After spending money on having to rent a vehicle because none was available for loan went to pick up my vehicle. Drove my vehicle for a total of four days before the problems came back. Called me an appointment to the dealership again to let them know what had happened they told me to bring it in it would be no cost to redo. Upon them doing another diagnostic they told me the same thing was messed up and it was going to cost me an additional $1,800 to fix on top of the 1000 I had already spent. Ford dealership did not honor their agreement to fixed my vehicle and I am still stuck with a vehicle that is not running properly and I am out not only the money that was spent on the vehicle but the money I had to use to rent a vehicle to cover the five additional days I was without my vehicle due to Ford. More
