After spending a couple weeks researching and watching review videos online, we knew exactly what we were looking for. However, after spending a couple days going to local dealerships, we quickly discover review videos online, we knew exactly what we were looking for. However, after spending a couple days going to local dealerships, we quickly discovered that finding it may take a little time and patience. When I received notification through cars.com that Joseph Toyota had the EXACT Highlander we wanted, I didn’t think it was possible that it would actually be there and if it was, not already sold. My husband called as soon as they opened Sunday afternoon and spoke to Dupree. Right from the start, Dupree was amazing to work with! We live 2 1/2 hrs away, and my husband was at work, so we were not able to get there that day. Dupree stayed in touch with my husband and confirmed at the end of the day it was still available. When my husband arrived Monday morning, Dupree was right there, ready to help him out. His customer service was amazing through the entire process. Dupree was friendly, knowledgeable and made it a very pleasant experience! We would gladly make the trip back in the future! Thank you Dupree for everything!! More

I found the Tacoma on Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati with the options I wanted. Called ask for sales and was connected with Dupree, ask available he said due at dealership on January 15,2022. After some tho the options I wanted. Called ask for sales and was connected with Dupree, ask available he said due at dealership on January 15,2022. After some though and pricing questions, I gave the dealership $500.00 to hold the truck. Long story short I picked up my Tacoma on January 17 and very happy with my truck and Dupree. More
