Horrible experience. This dealership reached out to me through email stating they had some sales going on so I considered upgrading to a truck. This is review is about Duane Boyd. If you do Make the mistake of coming here stay clear and run if this guy offers to help you He strung me along for over a week saying that we were “close” to my payment I wanted and come in on Black Friday for an appointment. He claimed we’d have no issue being right on point on Black Friday. Being a first responder and working all night having no sleep I called him before driving down there. Luckily I’ve been around long enough and am familiar with the dealer scam games. The sales manager confirmed that at no time were we even remotely close to my payment I needed. Duane literally lied and was making everything up with the intent to make me waste my time and drive all the way down there for nothing. I’ve previously bought a truck from these guys and always used their service department there but NEVER AGAIN. Even after I told Duane about my overnight schedule he tries to make me drive all the up there for a deal that he fabricated. Duane is a dirty con artist and has no respect for anyone. He’s greedy and only cares about filling his own pockets and will lie and say anything to try to rip you off. General manager was emailed but never replied. General manager emailed me asking me about my experience, I tell him and he ignores my response. Just goes to show he supports dirt bags and liars like Duane. There’s too many GM dealers to waste your time with three clowns. Buyer beware. More

No customer service I took my truck in for oil change on Friday and was Greeted by david and advised him my driver window is still going up and down automatic I was advis I took my truck in for oil change on Friday and was Greeted by david and advised him my driver window is still going up and down automatic I was advised that Michelle will help me with this problem by the end of the day I called no answer left a message michelle did return my call on Saturday were I missed the call then I called back and no answer michelle text me this window needs a new part for $350.00 I advised her this window was already fix once why should I pay for this michelle advice me its a different problem and if I was still having problem with the window I should of came back right Away I text back I am not paying for the same window to be repair and I am not happy with there customer service when I arrived to pickup my truck only one person was available no one else was helping him I had to go into the cashier give my name were she got my paper work and call for my truck to be delivered which the driver left my truck door open motor running anyone could of got in it truck I had to walk to the truck to get in because it was not driving near the waiting area really bad customer service I have been a customer over 3 years not anymore More
