He was very warm, pleasant,polite and full of energy. Everyone I met that day was pretty darn awesome, but drew takes the WIN for employee of the year. I've always wanted the car he helped me get into made it a painless easy easy easy easy process. Trading in my car to get the new one was simple and quick. We are not in the best credit situation and we're doubtful we would qualify for anything. Drew, Joe, and everyone there went above and beyond in every way they possibly could. They answered every question we had pretty much before we could even ask it, and explained things in a way that let me know they knew their business, and they wanted us to understand what we were doing to make the best decision for us.
