I bought this vehicle from this dealer about 6 weeks ago, on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I m on the day of purchase I had to travel TX for work. Once at the dealer I realized that the rocker molding on the passenger side was missing, when I made my observation they told me that they had already requested the part and as soon as it arrived it would be sent to my residence address. Two weeks later I contacted them concerning about why the piece had not yet arrived, to which they replied that it had not been requested yet, this was the first lie, after several calls about this problem for which they have not had the courtesy to return Not a single one of my calls or answered a single one of my text emails, I asked him to please send me the tracking number of the order that they supposedly put on eBay, but as is customary in them I have not had any response to neither does this request. On June 25th after several calls finally, they answer me by sending me a picture of the wrong part with not even the same color. Trusting in them I gave them the benefit of doubt and I wait for ten more days to get the right part. Three days ago I started to call again, never call me back, and today July 11/2020 after 6 weeks I talked to the manager and he still is asking about what part of the car is the one that they honor in send to my address. That is why I feel that my rights as a consumer are being violated even when they signed a promise to comply with providing me with the part that was missing from the vehicle at the time of purchase. I have wanted to solve this in the best way but I have not found a friendly response from this dealer. More

Chevrolet have been. Why would I ever by another Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep product, and certainly from this dealership? More

Worst experience with services. The dealership side of this place wasn't bad, infact they were awesome. What made me give them one star was because of services they are the worst. Had to take in my truck a year after because the engine light was on and the truck was saying on the screen it was -40 degrees outside. The truck is still under warranty so my guess was I have to take it were i bought it. We dropped it off Monday night, only a few minutes before they closed so we knew we had to leave there. I get a call Tuesday at 5pm by rob saying that the truck won't be done till Wednesday morning but if for some reason its not he would put me on a rental, but he said it should only take 15 min or so so it should be done. It is now Saturday and my truck its still there. I didn't even get a rental till Friday when i went to the place in person. They also attempted to return it to me friday night but the work was incomplete since my reverse camera was no longer working for some reason. Not a good place to take your cars to get fix. Manager wasn't much help ether. More

Terrific Experience at Sahara Jeep My overall experience purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, from Sahara Jeep was TERRIFIC. Every employee that I interacted with treated me more like a f My overall experience purchasing a 2019 Jeep Cherokee, from Sahara Jeep was TERRIFIC. Every employee that I interacted with treated me more like a friend than a buyer. My experience started before I even got to the dealership. I was looking online for a new Jeep and visited several websites. What I liked most about Sahara was they posted their discount price and when I got to the dealership the price didn't change. I saw the car I wanted on Sunday and first thing Monday morning I called to see if the vehicle was still available and at the discount price. The IT Mgr, Doug assured me it was and when I asked if it could be available in 30 minutes for a test drive, he guaranteed me it would be available. When I arrived the car was sitting out front and ready to go. Doug turned me over to Bryson one of the salesman. The Jeep I chose was Velvet Red Pearl on the exterior and Light Frost Beige interior. When I opened the front door the first thing that struck me was the interior was beautiful. Bryson took a few minutes going over the vehicle, before the test drive. One feature that I really liked is the ability to shut of the media screen light and still play music. When I night drive I hate that light in my side vision. The test drive went great and once back to the dealership Bryson turned me over to the Sales Mgr, Jason. He worked with me to get the payment I wanted and also when I told him I was selling my current 2014 Jeep to my sister and wanted to make sure I was giving her a fair price, he volunteered to work up some numbers for me. I appreciated the extra effort. And then Jason introduced me to David, The Finance Mgr to sign all the final paperwork. David was very well organized and the process went very quickly. He didn't try to up sell me on anything , but told me what was available and the benefits. Because I have cloth interior I did purchase the LUXCARE interior/exterior protection that has a 5 year warranty. Once the paperwork was complete David turned me back over to Bryson to follow me home to get both of my vehicles there. Once at my house he didn't just rush off, he answered all my questions that came up during my 25 mile drive home. The excellent service didn't end there, a week later I went to pick up my information for the DMV and while there I asked if David was available I had a question about the LUXCARE. I wanted to know what I needed to do to get the LUXCARE installed. Instead of telling me to call service , he asked if I had 30-40 minutes and I did he then took my keys and drove my Jeep to the service area and 30 minutes later I was driving off the lot with my Jeep done. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a vehicle. New or used. More
