Although I was buying an used non-Mercedes vehicle as an out-of-state resident - I was treated as a valued customer in all aspects. There were no games played with the price and quality of the vehicle as stated from a detailed video provided to me prior to test driving the vehicle. Well worth the drive from Detroit. Again, Shawny and team, Thank You Sincerely for the exceptional experience. Tim More

Excellent Service; Amazing Team Marlon Redmond was an AMAZING salesman. He took the time to find me the car of my dreams, he spoke to the finance team prior to my arriving so I knew what information I needed to bring with me, and he ensured I had excellent service while at the dealership (I received a manicure and a fresh brewed mocha latte). Since purchasing my car a week ago, I've had several questions that Marlon, Doug Horner and Matt Frazier have responded to right away. Adam Essa did a great job of walking me through every detail of the vehicle, his knowledge of the car was great but his ability to show me how to use some functions that I would have never figured out was even better! The dealership was clean, everyone took the time to speak to my husband and I, my new car was clean, I cannot say enough good things about this amazing team and the excellent service! More
