My dream car wasn’t on the lot yet, so he located one in transit, and followed up with me to let me know where it was during the delivery process. When it did get there, he called right away and we set up a day I could come pick it up. I was surprised by a giant red bow on my new Subaru which was just an added touch of class and fun! What an amazing experience with Kris, who made sure every single thing went smoothly. I am in love with my Forester (which I’ve been driving for 2 months now). Our family has decided to always contact Kris first when we have other vehicle needs. More

They have very good pricing and low add-on fees. No dealer fee and no pressure to finance or buy " advantage" packages. However we were charged for an additional transportation fee due to a dealer trade so they could make the sale. This was not discussed at signing and because the price we paid was a little lower than Wendell's price estimate and no line by line explanation took place at signing, we found it after reviewing all the paperwork in depth. That is partially on me but i think the Finance Manager should have done it regardless. Never had a fee charged when a dealer made a trade to get my business. Definitely would consider using this dealership for future purchases. We will see how the service department performs. More
