Picked up my 4th BMW from Richard Henriquez. This guy goes above and beyond for his clients. He's very friendly and always makes sure he asks about your family or loved ones. With this most recent car, I was going back and forth with Richard for a month as I was flipping and flopping over which car I wanted. Richard kept his cool as I'm sure I was driving him crazy with all these changes. Finally settled on a car, work with Richard and Dori on the numbers and we came to an agreement in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend both of these guys. As long as I can afford a BMW, I will be getting it from Richard and BMW of Freehold. More

I have owned 2 previous X5's, which I purchased from a different dealership in New Jersey. In shopping for a new car, I went back to my old dealership and they just couldn't work it out with me. One phone call to Dori at Freehold BMW, who listened to my needs and wants and I knew all would be fine. He located a car, met my price and set me up with Scott Marlowe to work out details and do paperwork, I left the very same day with my new X5 with no hassle and hugs all around. I feel like I made a new friend in this dealership! Everyone I encountered there, including Matt in finance and the receptionist, couldn't have been nicer They all serve BMW well!
