Donovan was a great sales rep. I like their no haggle design. There wasn’t any pressure to buy extra warranty’s or anything since they do not make commission. All in all a positive experience and I will design. There wasn’t any pressure to buy extra warranty’s or anything since they do not make commission. By far the best support there is! Talk about teamwork! I had purchased a vehicle one year ago that turned out to be dissatisfying to say the least. I went back to Jeff Belzer in Lakevi Talk about teamwork! I had purchased a vehicle one year ago that turned out to be dissatisfying to say the least. I went back to Jeff Belzer in Lakeville where I purchased the truck from and explained that I needed a new vehicle. Brandyn who was my sales person for my original vehicle jumped right in and started asking the right questions. He gave me suggestions as to how to alleviate the problem and then everything went lightning fast. They took my vehicle, found me another vehicle and had me out of the dealership within 4 hours. There are other problems that I caused making it very difficult for them to get what I wanted but the team at Belzer Lakeville (Brandyn Lindgren, Sean Guffey and Tim Tichich ) went way above and beyond their duty to accommodate me. Now I am sitting in a fantastic dream truck. Thank you for your service and understanding. More
