Great experience with sales. Horrible experience with service. The we owe staff does not respond to any of my voicemails and I’ve been given a lot of bull from individuals answer Horrible experience with service. The we owe staff does not respond to any of my voicemails and I’ve been given a lot of bull from individuals answering the phone. This day 2 and I was told yesterday that I would receive a phone call from somebody who knows what’s going on with my vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle with a We Owe contract to repair an issue. Still not a word. I have spoken to at least 5 individuals 2 of whom said the were sending a email to the service manager with my issue and that he would get back to me. If I was someone who reads this and is thinking about buying a used vehicle from them, I would go elsewhere. They got my 10k down payment and basically don’t give a bull about me. More
