Had an issue recently with my CLA and quite frankly was leery of taking my car to a dealer due to expense. Don was professional and responsive from the start. He called me and kept me apprised of what was wrong. He didn’t try to cross sell me services I didn’t need. He was fast to have my issues diagnosed and was in contact with me throughout the whole process. In addition to my fix, we had a few other services performed that I requested. Pick up was fast and easy. I am very satisfied and extremely happy with Don personally. I would highly recommend Crown and Don for anyone that has questions with their Mercedes! More
