I received an email saying my starter battery was very low. By the time I tried to start my GLC; it was dead. Had it “jumped”, and called MB of Salem and was told to bring it right in. They checked the ba low. By the time I tried to start my GLC; it was dead. Had it “jumped”, and called MB of Salem and was told to bring it right in. They checked the battery out and since it was over 5 years old, we told them to put a new one in. I can’t say enough good about this service. Other dealers would have you make an account for days ahead!! Here we were back on the road with a new battery in little over an hour!! More
