Scheduled service for 10000 miles on my new Landrover Jaguar Allentown vehicle, dealership tells me they recommend oil change. They do not offer a courtesy vehicle, told me I would wait 2 hours. Came out Jaguar Allentown vehicle, dealership tells me they recommend oil change. They do not offer a courtesy vehicle, told me I would wait 2 hours. Came out and told me they don’t cover the oil change at 10000 miles, but recommend I do it. Just a bad experience. We’re looking at purchasing a new landrover for my wife, they lost my business. More
