We were not under any pressure from your sales person We were treated very courteously by your sales and finance personnel , we came to terms of the sale and bought a new 2018 Buick the next day. Turning in Lease vehicle I had visited the dealership to trade my lease vehicle for a different vehicle. Since I was close to the end of my lease I had received notifications I had visited the dealership to trade my lease vehicle for a different vehicle. Since I was close to the end of my lease I had received notifications of incentives to trade my car in early. I told Don and Derrick what I wanted both in a vehicle and financially. Working together they found me what I wanted at a price I could afford. Derrick took me on an excellent test drive and showed me all the features of the vehicles and the upgrade improvements from the past three years. Don took care of the financial end of the things so the process was shorter and more efficient. It was a pleasure dealing with these gentlemen. More

Throughout my association with this dealership, I have been always been treated with patience, respect, and quality service, without any waiting to make appointments, getting the work completed on time, and given very thorough explanations about the vehicles. My sales experiences have been excellent, both with Carl and Jon. Van driver Paul has always been cheery. Adam Hensley, my service agent, has been wonderful with all the above. As a single, senior woman, dealing with a vehicle is always a concern, and everyone at Quebedeaux has made me very comfortable. I particularly appreciate that this dealership's staff has removed the stigma of dealerships taking advantage. I am happy to be a client of this dealership and its staff. More
