I was in the process of purchasing a car with another dealer when I began to have second thoughts. Words that I had heard Don say resonated in my head for hours the night before the sale, "I'm not worri dealer when I began to have second thoughts. Words that I had heard Don say resonated in my head for hours the night before the sale, "I'm not worried about you going anywhere else, Hyundai sells itself." He was right. All the reasons that I had initially loved the Santa Fe were running through my head and I knew I was making the wrong decision. I had planned to visit Cochran one more time before heading to the other dealership when Don called to check in on me. His overall friendly nature drew me back and I ended up purchasing the 2011 Santa Fe. I feel good about my decision and Don was amazing to work with. Thank you to your sales team for continuing to make me feel comfortable. This is my second purchase with you and you will have my business in the future. More

I would recommend the salesperson and this dealership. A friend had recommended that I try #1 Cochran because she had a great experience with them. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The process of purchasing my new car was very easy from start to finish. I was very happy with the price, service, and overall experience. I have given the sales reps cards to friends that are looking for cars - I highly recommend the dealership. I haven't had to use the service area yet, but I anticipate that I will receive the same high quality customer service. More
