Superb Customer Experience From the moment I first arrived at the dealership to driving off the lot with my new 2015 Accord EX-L V6, the entire staff at Valley Honda made me fee From the moment I first arrived at the dealership to driving off the lot with my new 2015 Accord EX-L V6, the entire staff at Valley Honda made me feel genuinely welcome and appreciated as a valuable customer. Not once did I feel pressured, misdirected, mislead, or viewed as a wallet. In fact, my experience with Jack Davis was how I wish every car deal went down - honest, open, and helpful. Jack and Don Davis bent over backwards to get me into exactly what I wanted in a 36 month lease. I couldn't be happier and I highly encourage anyone in the Chicago area to give Valley Honda a chance to earn your business. More

Hands Down Best Experience to Date! I dread stepping foot on a dealer lot, it gives me anxiety. Most all sales people are pushy and I feel like they don't listen cause all they care abo I dread stepping foot on a dealer lot, it gives me anxiety. Most all sales people are pushy and I feel like they don't listen cause all they care about is making the sale. That was not the case at Valley Honda. I live in Janesville, WI therefore, it was important for the financing side to be as complete as possible before making a 2 hour drive to find out if the deal would or wouldn't work for me. Within a matter of minutes after sending the online information request, Julie contacted me. She was very pleasant to work with and incredibly helpful. Not long after, Randall contacted me to give me some more information on the CX-9 I was interested in. What I appreciated is that he never once tried to push me into a new vehicle, he instantly became my favorite car sales man of all time. Julie, the finance team and Randall together were able to get my paperwork completely approved and ready for signing before I even stepped foot inside the dealership, making the purchasing process that much easier. We did have an issue with the vehicle when we were driving back to WI however, the manner in which it was handled was beyond impressive. The service team owned responsibility and went above and beyond to ensure it was not only corrected but that we were completely satisfied. During that process the GM took time out of his day to chat with us and be sure the situation was handled and that we were well taken care of. A member of management followed up halfway through my drive home to be sure everything was still okay and Randall followed up a couple days later. I will be referring all my family and friends to Randall for any future car needs, he (and the whole Valley Honda team) were an absolute pleasure to work with!! Thank you to all of you! More

Thanks is not enough I felt as if I wasn't being "sold" as much as I was listened to the moment I walked onto the car lot until I left. I had recently been in an accident I felt as if I wasn't being "sold" as much as I was listened to the moment I walked onto the car lot until I left. I had recently been in an accident where my car was deemed a total loss and my heart was broken. I had been to other dealerships in the surrounding areas and did not feel as if anyone was listening to my needs. Nick actually took the time, listened to me, and gave me options to allow me to make the right decision without any pressure. He was accommodating when I asked if my best friend could come the next morning to test drive and help me pick out my car. He came in early the next day so he could be the one to set up everything so I could drive off the lot as a first time Honda buyer. More
