A very plesant buying experience. My review only covers the purchase of the car. I live over three hours away but found that Fairfax Hyundai posts the sales prices of their vehicles o My review only covers the purchase of the car. I live over three hours away but found that Fairfax Hyundai posts the sales prices of their vehicles online. Kinda like buying shoes from an online store. I liked that and was willing to make the trip for that reason. I don't do well with deception and found Fairfax approach to car sales very refreshing. I had decided on a white, 2016 Tucson Limited, AWD with the Ultimate package. Although they did not have the exact car I wanted in stock they offered to get this car through the dealer exchange program. I opted to wait for one that had been allotted to them but was still in transit. My salesperson, Don Barker texted me daily, at 6am (at my request) keeping me informed of the status. I had requested he do this so I could leave early on the morning the car arrived allowing me time to drive up and get the car and return home on the same day. This he did 7 days a week until the car arrived. Wow I was so impressed. The actual purchase was just as efficient, from the test drive to signing the paperwork, and no bad surprises. Would definately buy from Fairfax Hyundai again. More
