I inquired about a Used Hyundai on-line and received a reply almost instantly from Internet sales introducing Chad Skeeles who offering to setup a time for me to drive the car. After leaving the Dealership to consider the offer I called Chad with a few questions. To my surprise Chad called and said that I could move up to a New Tuscon with the features I required at the price agreed upon on the 2013 model.. Later that night we exchanged email with figures, Vin numbers for the new vehicle. Chad answered more questions for me until 9:45 PM from his home. Not only was Mr. Muraisi able to get us in a vehicle in a short time frame but...He was able to get us financing quickly for a NEW vehicle for what we would have ended up paying for a used vehicle! He exceeded our expectations and more...And then we were introduced to Mr. Dominick Haymon, Business Manager, who also was very pleasant, friendly, and very informative. He was able to answer ALL questions as he explained in great detail every aspect of the financial and warranty packages available to us. To our surprise, we have NEVER had such a comfortable and enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle which, can be very stressful.
