Service I bought a 2013 Santa Fe Sport which I loved but did not need that much car anymore. Received a card on trade in specials so I looked into it and left with a 2015 Elantra Sedan Coupe Limited. Was thrilled that it had most of everything I loved in the Santa Fe and was able to lower my payments. Luis was very tolerant of all my questions and did everything he could to get me in what I wanted. Being a woman I was worried about being taken advantage of but he did not pressure me. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on everything was because I did feel pressured and rushed to get extended warranties. Once my payment where I wanted it and was not going to get an extended warranty, Dominic wanted a sale and I felt pressured into getting one. Which beat the purpose of lowering my payments. The last time I bought a car he was real helpful but had my ex - fiancé with me and was able to afford the extra warranties. But I will continue to by my vehicles and have them serviced there even though I have to drive over an hour to get there. Mary in service was great. She made sure everything was good with my vehicle before leaving. She answered all my questions and went over some things with my car. More

The experience we had with buying my wife a 2014 Tucson from Allen Turner and Troy was so easy and with no pressure, that when we need another new car we went back to talk to Troy about a 2015 Elantra. Troy is very knowledgeable about all of the products and also very patient, as I went from car to car until getting to the one that was just right for me. There was never any pressure and the negotiations was very straight forward and painless. I feel that I got a great car for a great price. Financing as also very very quick and easy, I worked with Dominick who made sure I understood everything and he answered all of my questions. Service Dept has been phenomenal every time I have taken My Tucson in for routine maintenance. I would not hesitate to buy from Allen Turner and Troy again. More
