We felt right at home. A few days later my wife also traded her car and leased a new Hyundai Accent . She received the same courtesy and service from Glenn. Everyone was super nice to us. Your facility is modern and super clean and the coffee and doughnuts was a nice touch. The finance man Dominick Haymon is a great employee as well. Upgrade!! First off I am not an easy sell when it comes to vehicles. I do my research and read up on any vehicles I am interested in. I previously bought a used First off I am not an easy sell when it comes to vehicles. I do my research and read up on any vehicles I am interested in. I previously bought a used vehicle from Allen Turner about 5 years ago, and my experience then is what prompted me to stop in and look when I was in the market for a new vehicle. We arrived on the lot and began looking about a week ago. The first salesman to approach us was Rob Godwin, right of the bat he introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. We looked at a few different vehicles with Rob and he never once pressured us into immediately going in to look at numbers, he was patient with us as we got in and out of vehicles. I asked Rob if the salesman that sold me my used vehicle was still with the dealer and he said yes. Rob disappeared for a few minutes to grab a set of keys and came back with the former salesman (Basel). I would have never guessed that Rob would hand the sale over to Basel but he did! That showed me how respectful Rob was to previous customers and his co-workers. Basel took us for test drives and helped us find the exact car we wanted! Basel and I worked on some numbers for a short time and we went on our way. A few days after the initial visit, we showed up late one evening and Rob was there. He picked up right where Basel left off and helped close the deal! He made everything so easy! When my fiance returned to pick up the vehicle, Rob explained all the features in depth with her, showed her how everything worked and had the car shined up real nice! Not only were Rob and Basel awesome, but everyone else that we had an interaction with at the dealership was absolutely awesome, from Jayme at Reception to Dominick in Finance, everyone was so enjoyable to be around! I would highly recommend that customers stop in and see why these people are so great! More
