I went to the local dealership in Ft Walton and had a terrible experience, treated with little to no respect. The following day I contacted Allen Turner Hyundai by phone and they put me right thru to a salesman (Rob Clarkson). I explained that I was in the market for a economy car and he suggested the Hyundai Elantra. I told him it sounds good and to let me know your best possible deal. He calls back a short time later (maybe 30 minutes) and said he has spoken to his manager and they will match USAA pricing along with all rebates. I immediately drove to Pensacola. By the time I got there they had the car outside and paperwork ready to be signed. I ended up getting the vehicle several thousand below msrp. Great 1st experience. Now 2 1/2 years later I was in the market for a roomier car yet still fuel efficient, so I called Allen Turner Hyundai again. I was put in contact with Dave Purdon, he treated me exactly like I was treated years prior. With the utmost respect and he worked the best possible deal he could, I was given everything I asked for no questions. He was so pleasant to work with, never pressured me into anything. He even played with my 2 year old son while I was filling out paperwork. I would encourage anyone to see Dave, great person. Thanks Dave and the rest of the Allen Turner team for the great experience and I love the new Sonata. More

I've been worn down the the length of time it takes for the back and forth procedure to hopefully finalize a deal and have at times bought a car that I later regretted. With this in mind I had spoken with my salesman, Bob Fite, the week previous to my purchase on 7-20-2015 of a new Sonata stating that I wanted a relatively hassle-free negotiation and that I would have to take my business elsewhere if I felt I was not being heard. I had done quite a bit of research on my first Hyundai- a 2006 Sonata and was VERY pleased with the brand. Most of my previous purchases had been in the Toyota line. Well, we began, Bob saw my numbers and after a brief period of interaction we were able to close a deal. Mr. Fite displayed a very courteous, professional attitude at ALL times even when I said I'd have to 'walk' when some figures did not initially match the information I had found on-line. The finance manager, Dominick Haymon as well as Rob Clarkson also treated me courteously and professionally.
