I came all the way from Atlanta, GA to purchase a Kia EV9. I was able to get out in a timely fashion, considering the extra that goes in to buying a car as an out of state purchaser, but the experience could not have gone any better. Dominic really made me and my family feel like people and that he was someone who cared about making sure that we were happy, as much as he wanted to be sure that we got a good deal. I went to get my car serviced on Saturday bc the headlight was leaking and there was a knock on my windshield. I had an appointment at 10. It took 2.5 hours to get basically nothing accomplished. Th headlight was leaking and there was a knock on my windshield. I had an appointment at 10. It took 2.5 hours to get basically nothing accomplished. The service department had no record of my car let alone my appointment. So after 2.5 hours of waiting I finally got a curtesy car. I got a call a couple days later stating my windshield was fixed. I picked it up and drove it home once I got home I saw that Knick was still there. No improvement of the area. I bought the car as a new car, not used. I need this resolved. More
