When we arrived at the Gladstone dealership and solicited a salesman, it honestly seemed like we were in for another auto salesperson repeat. That is, until for whatever reason, our original salesman was swapped for Dom Hill. He was immediately likeable. Dom took us on the test drive for a new RAV4 and he was very helpful as we asked questions, answering them in a lighthearted, friendly manner. Dom had a great approach to sales, especially when we expressed our disinterest to certain upgrades and perks related to the sale. We needed a car, and bells and whistles fell low on our list of needs. Dom respected this and made us feel comfortable, a welcomed change from the typical high-pressure approach. We felt more like we were dealing with a friend, not a salesperson. We really can’t say enough how Dom Hill turned the buying experience around for us!
