There is nothing like helping people. I truly believe car shopping doesn't need to be hard, and my main job is to make your experience painless and unique. As a good Brazilian, I love sports—my favorite sports are soccer and tennis! I am a husband and father of four boys. If I don't answer the phone, I'm probably running after one of them.

Service Department Experience - A Letdown After some Years of Loyalty I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership—I’ve purchased two vehicles here and referred six other people, all of whom bought Years of Loyalty I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership—I’ve purchased two vehicles here and referred six other people, all of whom bought cars. I’ve always had an excellent experience on the sales and finance side—truly 120%. They’ve consistently treated me with care and respect. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the service department. I brought my vehicle in for a computer error, which was fixed efficiently. While it was there, a recall was addressed as well—something I agreed to because it was necessary and covered. After picking up my car, I immediately noticed the engine felt different—stuttering, hiccupping, and a strong antifreeze smell. Later that day, antifreeze was leaking everywhere, and I had to have the car towed back to the dealership. I was told the part that failed had “nothing to do with the recall,” which I don’t believe is fully accurate. It’s all connected to the same system. Regardless, I was made to pay entirely out of pocket for that first repair—no accountability was taken. Then, after that was repaired, a second leak was discovered. This time, I was only charged for parts while labor was covered—but I still believe that at minimum, both situations should have been split 50/50. Given the timing and the nature of the issues, I feel the dealership should’ve taken full responsibility. Two weeks later, my car is still not running right—it’s hiccuping, misfiring, and I still smell antifreeze. And through all of this, no effort was made to offer compensation for a rental car, which is critical for me because I rely on my vehicle for my business. Every day without it costs me money. What’s most disappointing is how I felt dismissed. The service manager brushed me off, and I felt like my loyalty, referrals, and long-standing relationship meant nothing. It’s disheartening, especially when the sales and finance team have always treated me like family. I expected better. I needed transparency, accountability, and support—not indifference. More
