I purchased an Ariya at Baker Nissan , It was really a fantastic experience . I still come and Charge my Ariya on occasion and Diane is the EV Specialist who helped me over a year ago and still remembers fantastic experience . The service carried out on my Nissan Altima for replacement of the Sun Visor on the drivers side was carried out to my satisfaction. Of note, this was a minor repair to my car and the cost for replacement of the Sun Visor on the drivers side was carried out to my satisfaction. Of note, this was a minor repair to my car and the cost for the labor for the replacement the Sun Visor was less than $100 and what is significant about this is that the car was dirty when I brought it in and I wondered if they would clean the car before I picked it up. Awesome service and thanks to Baker Nissan that they took the extra step and washed the car. Great service. More

My experience here was completely horrible. William my sales guy tried to scam me out of my tax saving for a trade in because he said he wouldn’t get paid off the car I was trading in. He wanted me to complete the deal first then sale him my car because he would get 300 for it. But it would cost me 1800 in the process. He actually thought I was stupid. Also they don’t show you the carfax or any numbers unless you demand it. First off they sold me a car with no AC. Then bugs started coming out of every which way in the car. They said they did a 128 pt check but how do you miss something as big as the AC not blowing cold air. I called and they they fixed it but I was without a car for 2 full days. William the sales guy called to tell me the AC was working fine when they sold it to me I said if that was so why did they fix it? Sean the sales manager and the financial guy in the front are absolute xxxxxxxx and they feed off each other’s ignorance. I asked to speak with the General manager and Sean the sales director said there was no one above him to speak with. I had to go and get the original car that I traded in because I had no trust in the reliability of the car they sold me. When I did that, they tried to make me feel like a complete fool. Needless to say stay clear of this dealership, there isn’t anything but crooks working here! Also they don’t honor their internet coupons!!!!! More

Absolutely Blown Away!! I NEVER leave reviews of businesses that I interact with, but Baker Nissan left me feeling compelled to do so. A few days ago, I went to Baker Nissan I NEVER leave reviews of businesses that I interact with, but Baker Nissan left me feeling compelled to do so. A few days ago, I went to Baker Nissan to pick up my dad whose 2017 Titan was being serviced. Just for fun before lunch, we looked at 2018 Titans for me. I was approached my a young salesman named Austin who was happy to help, but we told him we weren’t buying and just looking. He respected that, but made himself available to answer any questions either way. We were also visited by Frank, who worked very hard to show us that the dealership could get me into a new Titan even tho I had concerns about my credit score. There was no ‘haggling’ back and forth. I got a fair offer on my F150 quickly - and that gave me some clues about how the rest of my experience was going to unfold. Once I felt like it was a realistic possibility, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. From there, I was treated exceptionally well by the finance manager Effran Bryant. He made the paperwork so simple and enjoyable - which was a first for me! Absolutely no pressure to buy additional warranties and made things easy to understand. I then met with Diane Ellis who offered to help me understand the functionality of my new truck. When there was a misunderstanding on one piece of technology that I was excited to use, Diane went WAY beyond the requisite effort and got it corrected in a major way! I was also assisted by Marquess Smith (another salesperson) who was very professional and made me feel like the most important customer that Baker Nissan had! I had an opportunity to speak with one of the owners, Brad Baker, about my experience. I will tell you what I told him. ‘Thank you. I’ve never been treated so well and I’ve done nothing to deserve it. Your team from top to bottom made me feel welcomed and made the car buying experience what it should always be - fun.’ I can honestly say I’ve NEVER been treated like family at a car dealership. Once you experience that, there’s no need to go looking anywhere else for your next vehicle! Go see any of these people at Baker Nissan. I guarantee you’ll be glad you did!! -Trae P. More

Above and Beyond! I recently purchased my vehicle after Hurricane Harvey and was very apprehensive about making the wrong decision. I wasn't even on the search for a car beforehand and didn't know what I was looking for. After going to 2 other dealerships, I stopped by Baker Nissan and had the best experience. All of my questions were answered and I was never pressured. I had an unfortunate event happen after I purchased the car and Baker Nissan took care of it immediately which cemented my thoughts that I made the right decision when buying this car. More

(a) False, misleading, or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce are hereby declared unlawful and are subject to action by the consumer protection division under Sections 17.47, 17.58, 17.60, and 17.61 of this code. The communication manager Ms. E. called and explain she received my complaint and offer to find me a car that was fully loaded, all the bells and whistles. Ms. E. also asked if I knew about the Demo models. Ms. E explained they would offer me the car at the lowest cost. I stated that is find Ms. E stated she would have to walk the lot and call me back before 5.00. I did not hear back from her. I called her the next day and explain I was waiting to hear back after all I had just been deceive by the sales manager who lied and said he was the finance manager. Ms. E. stated the say thing that she would go and walk the lot and call me. I waited no phone call. Deceived again. I call and spoke to Brad Baker who accused me of wanting monetary from him and this was not going to happen. I was in shock. I call due to the issue and Price Gouging and I was treated with, disrespect. I was also told he was more concern with his numbers then with correcting the deceptive trade practices. He offer to sale me a car get this at advertise price. Really the advertise price was the issue. Mr. Baker left no room for negotiation. As I was told the red line means there is room for negotiation when speaking with his sales staff. I was told to file with the Attorney General office they have a good relationship with the AG office. I did purchase a Nissan, but not from this dealer. The sad part Baker responded and lied. They sent all the vehicles listed as if they are really trying.Another deception Baker knew I purchased another Nissan from a great dealer with a good reputation and did not price gouage Thank you Gillman Nissan..I have purchase from Gillman in the pass and never experienced anything like I experienced at Baker..Also notice the other negative reviews. .They were treated the same exact way. More
