This is our second service with Toyota. And they have not uploaded the service video (vehicle health video). There were three empty links which opened nothing. When we first called they sai And they have not uploaded the service video (vehicle health video). There were three empty links which opened nothing. When we first called they said they will upload again and uploaded empty links again. Then they said they will send the video to the email and did nothing. I called regarding this multiple times and no response. The front desk connected to the person and it will end up in voice mail. Left him voice mail and informed the front desk to call back and didn’t receive any calls. My guess is that they have not taken any videos and are trying to just avoid answering any questions regarding that. Worst service ever. More

This dealership does not offer have a rental service, so if the service takes a long time, you are forced to stay at the dealership until the job is done. The service representative does not have any commu if the service takes a long time, you are forced to stay at the dealership until the job is done. The service representative does not have any communication with the client until the job is done. They do not update you until the car is ready to be picked up. There was a problem with my battery on my car with 15,000 miles and they could not find the problem after 4 1/2 hour of me waiting at the dealership for my vehicle. The service representative told me I do not drive the car much, so the battery does not have a chance to charge. I drive 30 miles to work and 30 miles back. My car is less than a year old. How could this be a valid excuse. Service representative was not helpful in figuring out the problem and could not offer any solutions to having me get to work on time. I feel like the service representative only wanted to sell services that were not needed and really had no car knowledge at all. How could a routine service take more than 4 1/2 hours? I went in for a 15,000 service and had to take my car to work because they could not find a solution to the battery problem. Not the best dealership to go to for service. More
