My daughter was stating school in Summerville, and we wanted to get her a Subaru CrossTrek. We live in California, so she was moving from california to an apartment in Summerville for school. prior to arriving in Massachusetts, I reached out to a lady by the name of Maria Malave by email and phone from California, and she never got back to me to provide the pricing information that I requested. When we arrived in Summerville, we stopped by your dealership because you seemed to have the inventory that we were looking for. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were kept waiting for a long time for a sales person to become available. When we were finally ready to leave and go to a nearby dealership 20 minutes away, Devin Looney suddenly showed up. I found her to be very quirky. Several times as she was presenting, we tried to ask her questions, she was very abrupt and told us to wait till she is ready. This was all ok, we were very nice about it. I also did not haggle, because I wanted this to be a nice experience for my daughter. The price that we got was what all the other dealers had offered without us asking for a discount. This level of discount was also on your website. I think it may have been a factory rebate that was being passed on. I found that Maria and Devin were not transparent with the pricing. As I said, we were looking for a smooth transaction and a good experience for my daughter. pretty quickly we asked Devin to move forward with the purchase and she told is that we had to meet with the business manager. (Along the way we were constantly kept waiting without being told how long things were going to take). OT make a long story short, for a cash purchase at the advertised price on the website, we were the dealership for 2-3 hours. At this point we met Junid. The only person that I interacted with that was good at your dealership was Junid. He took personal ownership of our purchase/project, and saw the whole thing through. He immediately sent and email to Devin asking her to send things over to our insurance agent and committed to see things through. When we called Devin aound 11 AM the next day, she had not even seen the email. I asked her to confirm with me by text or email when she has sent over the material that the insurance company needs, so I can follow up with my insurance agent. She got very defensive and refused to do that. At this point we called Junid and he took over completely. He communicated with our agent by phone and email and removed all the hurdles that came up as a result of us being from out of state. We were only going to be in town for the week. So things had to get done before we left. We started Sunday Afternoon (that is when we got in contact with Devin). The purchase was made on Monday. We did not get the car till Thursday evening. If this was left to Devin, I am sure it would not have been completed. We asked a friend that lives in chestnut hill, how long should it take to get delivery of a car after purchase. He said his experience has been within 24 hours. In California, our experience has been, that we can purchase a car and leave the dealership with it within an hour. The delivery was not much of a delivery either. Junid asked someone to help us with the delivery and training. They just passed us the keys. When we said we had questions, they passed us to someone that was not interested in answering questions and talked down to the ladies that he was supposed to train. Basically your dealership is a nightmare. Junid is the only person that I would hire from your organization. More
