Adam, our sales rep, was extremely helpful, personable, and no nonsense. The finance department was efficient and got the deal I needed. When I went to drive the car home, the service department had issues with it starting, so they decided to replace the battery and the starter. Since it was late in the day. I was unable to take it home with me. I was disappointed, but they gave me a loaner car and Adam dropped off my car to my house the next day! That's how you take care of a customer!! More
