This dealership is amazing So this is my second review and I had to give them another wonderful review because this car dealership is really worth it ok I went there on Friday N So this is my second review and I had to give them another wonderful review because this car dealership is really worth it ok I went there on Friday November 16 to buy my first car and from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed not bombarded like most car dealership’s anyway I spoke with Bill C and he was awesome and really went above and beyond to find me the right car and told me that if I did not Want the car that I have three days to exchange it so I went onto their website just browsing and I saw the car that I got but just a little bit of an upgrade so I went back that Monday, November 19 and spoke with Drew because BILL C wasn’t there and he did all the paperwork all over again and was very pleasant about it at most car dealerships they would’ve had an attitude because they don’t want to do the paperwork again because it is a process but these guys really go above and beyond to help you.I got my newer model and could not be happier.This really is the best car dealerships More

Even though GM kept sending me mailings I wasn't really clear about the next steps given my situation. I was happy to be assigned to Lou, he didn't waste my time trying to make something work that wasn't realistic, and he didn't try to pressure me when I said nah maybe later. Devin was also great he had the paperwork perfectly organized within minutes and explained everything thoroughly without belaboring it. They got me a loan even though my circumstances were not ideal, and didn't make me feel like a burden over it. I've always had a good experience with the service department here but tbh I was a little nervous about having to deal with sales - some of them are trying so hard to sell what they want to sell that they're oblivious to my reaction, or they lecture as if I don't understand what's best for me. None of that here - the whole deal was surprisingly painless :) More
