There seems to always be a problem whenever I come here. The first time was that they told me the battery in my car needed to be changed. I came back to pick up the car later and no one said anything about needing to come back to have the battery replaced at a different date and they told me the battery got replaced during that visit. My car died a day later because, come to find out, they did not in fact replace my battery as was my understanding when I had picked up the car. This most recent time, I needed my side mirror changed so they ordered the part for me. The bill stated that I paid for a paint matched mirror and when I brought my car in for the appointment, it was not the same color as my car. I was told that I would need to take my car to a different shop to get it color matched as well as pay additional cost out of my pocket to get the piece paint matched to the color of my car. Needless, to say I have had several poor experiences with his company and do not plan on returning. More
