Desiree was fabulous. I contacted her a month ago with a few months left on my lease. She was extremely helpful and started the process of locating me a new CRV. She was able to locate me a car in the color of my choice within a few weeks. She called to set up an appointment to test drive the car and complete the process. She was very organized with all of the paperwork and I was driving my new car home an hour after the scheduled appointment. This was my second time leading from her and I highly recommend her. More

Although we live about 100 miles from Colonial Honda, they made everything work out for us to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from them. Very special thanks have to go to Miguel Garcia for all that he did to make sure that the distance that we live away from the dealership did not stand in the way of providing great customer service for us (as was definitely not the case with several other dealerships). Once at the dealership, David Fontaine was excellent in terms of taking care of everything regarding the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. No question, he knows Honda vehicles, inside and out, and was totally concerned that the condition of the vehicle was every bit as good as it could be, given that it was a 3 year old lease vehicle. In fact, even though this vehicle was a 3 year old vehicle, one would be hard pressed to know that it was not a brand new vehicle. Delivered to us in excellent shape, and totally satisfied with our Colonial Honda experience. More

Before purchasing my current vehicle from Colonial Honda I brought my old van in for service, an oil change and another time for new tires. I did not buy my old van from Colonial but they started sending me electronic email coupons. They treated me like I was one of there own. I knew then I was only going to deal with Colonial Honda if I decided to purchase a new van. Little did I expect to be doing so, so quickly.
