I ordered my BMW with Desirea Jackson and the build was extremely delayed, no fault of the dealer. Desirea communicated with me throughout and was a pleasure to work with. When the car arrived the wait was extremely delayed, no fault of the dealer. Desirea communicated with me throughout and was a pleasure to work with. When the car arrived the wait was well worth it. My experience picking the vehicle up was great as well. When I purchase my next BMW, I intend to go back to BMW if Silver Spring. More
