The purchase process with the sales associate was smooth but when finalizing there were errors. I was called about a $35 under payment then got a check for a $7.50 over payment. The biggest problem was that less than a week after picking up my certified pre-owned vehicle, it needed towed due to an electrical issue which cost me $125 for a ride home. This problem was fixed after 2 days with no car and I got home to find a lever from my steering column on the floor so I will need to get that fixed now. I have had the car less than 2 weeks. More
