When I decided on a vehicle but one thing was missing that I wanted, they had No problem finding another one... which happened 3 times! Everyone was so nice and make you feel comfortable, welcome, & important! The bathrooms were impeccable & the coffee, water, soda, & snacks were never ending! Including ice cream! My experience was amazing, easy, & it was obvious they All wanted me to be happy. Top ALL that off with a dozen gorgeous red roses blinged out with crystals when I took delivery & I'll never buy a car anywhere else! More

My most recent, seamless from start to finish, experience was undeniably the best due to my salesman Frank Borriello's understanding and execution of excellent customer service. His dedication and passion for helping me far exceeded my expectations. Frank rendered the most impeccable customer service. He handled everything with efficiency, professionalism, respect and honesty. I expressed to frank during our first conversation months before my lease end of my budget, needs and concerns for my next vehicle. He never stopped working so diligently to meet all of them.I was always informed when there was dealer or manufacturer incentives available to me; had I wanted to get out of my lease earlier. Frank didn't just sell me a car but found the best one to fit my needs. He made me feel so comfortable that I signed papers on a car I hadn't even seen. The day of my last lease end, I brought my old car back and walked out with a brand new 2016 E350 in one hour. I never felt pressured at any point in the process. Flagship motorcars of Lynnfield defines and sets the standard of what a luxury car dealership should be.
