I when to dealer at 830am for oil change was done at 1120am was never contacted that vehicle was done. Was inform would take 2 hours, but took way longer. Gave inform to staff for service mgr to call at 1120am was never contacted that vehicle was done. Was inform would take 2 hours, but took way longer. Gave inform to staff for service mgr to call at 1120 was busy and 619 pm now and did not get call back More
