Many Good Things To Say! I have spent much time in this dealership over the past four months. Nick Florentino sold my youngest daughter her Murano in November. He sold my middle daughter a Rogue in January and then I purchased a Murano this past week. We all view Nick Florentino as "our" salesman. He is very patient, kind, funny and knowledgeable. He listens and gives his opinion. He goes above and beyond to help you. He even offers to bring in vehicles from other dealerships, even though it means he won't get the sale. I began looking and test driving before my lease was up. He learned what I liked and I could call him about a car and he would tell me if he thought I would like it. He answered truthfully and I trusted and knew he was right because he would respond with answers reflecting what I had expressed as my desired elements in a car. My car was totaled and I had to find a vehicle quickly. Because we had so much history, he was able to make the process less stressful. I had to look while I was in pain and overwhelmed by the loss of my car and the agencies contacting me to settle. Nick was fantastic. Nick Truax did my paperwork and he is so gracious and funny. He was patient and ver kind. We had also dealt with Chris Messier and were very pleased with his service as well. He even made the effort to stop by while I worked with Nick Truax, just to say hello and as how I was doing after hearing about the accident. Ryan Lapierre aka, our "Doorman" is a wonderful manager. He is fair and professional. We appreciated his steady handling of our deals. Denny Gates is such a friendly and personable manager. He is aware of what is going on in the showroom and conscientious about how long deals take. He greets customers and remembers you when you return. More

Absolutely Amazing I can't adequately put into words the level of professionalism and top-notch customer service my wife and I experienced at Gates GMC Buick Nissan, but I can't adequately put into words the level of professionalism and top-notch customer service my wife and I experienced at Gates GMC Buick Nissan, but I will try to convey just how happy we are. This dealership is truly the gold standard. This is apparent as soon as you pull into the lot. There was someone at the entrance, holding the door for us, welcoming us inside with a smile. We were made to feel at-ease. Todd listened to exactly what my wife and I were looking for in a vehicle, and it only took a few test drives to find the perfect fit. I have been to multiple car dealerships where the salesperson seems driven to sell a certain car or at a certain margin, it doesn't feel organic or it feels forced. Absolutely not the case here. We felt that Todd actually wanted to find the best car for our needs, he wasn't overbearing; instead he was honest, patient and knowledgable. He and every other employee at this location went above and beyond our expectations, took their time to explain the process, and answered every question thoroughly and succinctly. They work as a team seamlessly, as Denny took our jumbled thoughts of what we were looking for, took the time to go through the inventory with us to prepare a good plan of action for when we arrived on the lot. Denny relayed this information to Todd - and the first few vehicles that we wanted to test drive were already warmed up in the lot ready to go when we arrived early on a bitterly cold Saturday morning. Anthony in the financial department took the time to explain the financials, made sure that we understood the process, what we were signing, and went over every detail for a personalized experience that we felt good about. Every car sold gets 2 years of free scheduled maintenance, and they make sure you get your first appointment scheduled before you leave. They gave us a much better trade-in value than we expected for our old vehicle and even though the dealership was busy, we felt taken care of and valued as a customer. Any concern we had, they mitigated it. Any request we had, they fulfilled. I believe that if something is within their power, they will do whatever they can to make the customer happy. The deal we got on the Certified Used 2015 Nissan Altima was the icing on the cake. We feel great about the caliber of car we purchased, for the price. We will be recommending Todd, Denny, and Gates GMC Buick Nissan to all of our friends and family, and they absolutely have made us customers for life. We haven't been able to stop raving about this experience. You are making a large purchase/commitment when buying a vehicle, and this dealership made it an enjoyable one. More

She let me pick the car i wanted without pushing me towards a specific vehicle. It was a busy Saturday when i went to pick up my car. She took the time to make sure i had floor mats and even paired my Bluetooth. I really appreciated this because she had 2-3 customers waiting for her and she still took the time to follow through with my needs 10000%. I will be recommending all my friends to Gates!!
