We were completely undecided between the Ford Explorer and Nissan Pathfinder. Gates Nissan actually brought in an Explorer for us to compare side by side! Tara took us on multiple test drives while we had our three kids with us. She was fantastic. The entire staff was amazing, patient with our three kids, and we left there after purchasing a new 2016 Pathfinder. We love the new SUV, and it's great driving around in something you feel like was a win-win for both you and the dealer. Hey, we get it. Everybody has to eat. Gates gets it, too! They are upfront with pricing, do not hide silly fees in the fine print, and make sure everything is explained before the final decision is made. Oh, and they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. I will be recommending this dealership to my friends and family without any reservations. PS - After we purchased our vehicle, Tara went over every button and feature in great detail. About two days later we received a call from Nick, and then a text from Tara, making sure we still loved the Pathfinder and asked if we had any questions. Outstanding customer service. More

Awesome, Awesome !!!! Nick & Chris in finance made it simple, and clear cut.. No tricky add ins, explained everything & my options of extended warr., gap ins., disability ins, paint protection, etc with absolutely NO pressure.. Nice clean dealership, impressive facility , and a Great selection of trucks so I could feel it, touch it, drive it.. And think over what I wanted, and needed with no rush... Great Great dealership... Glad I walked in, gave me a new outlook on car dealers, well Gates anyway.. Thanks Guys P.S. I didn't check quality of work, as I have just picked up my truck..
