I came into the showroom thinking I'm going to have another bad experience and that didn't happen. Once I talked to Chris L., John S. and Denny - I thought to myself - finally, someone's listening and cares. I'm a shopper that knows what I want and I have little tolerance for 'sales pitch' talk. These guys were great - sincere and understood what my requirements were. They were committed to my needs and turned this to an exceptional experience.
