Dennis Walters, our salesman, told us that he would remove it from the lot so that we didn't make the drive and it sell before we got there. When we arrived it was removed. We were prepared to haggle, but there was nothing like that. The car was offered at the price listed. There were no extra fees. And they gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Dennis was very responsive and helpful through the extremely fast and pleasurable buying process. He offered to reduce the price since we didn't need one of the options (and the option was permanent to the vehicle) without me even asking.
