Where did you grow up? I was born in Colorado, raised in Broomfield, and went to college at Western State of Colorado in Gunnison. What is your favorite thing about working at Fisher? I have worked here for over 18 years and I have enjoyed it the entire time. I really like that I am able to work at a premium family owned dealership in an outstanding town where I sell the best automotive product available. What do you like to do in your spare time? I am very family oriented. We have 3 boys and since we are very dedicated parents, most of our spare time is spent at our boys' activities. We also love to fish, snowboard, and spend time in the mountains or around Boulder. Do you have a motto that you use often? Yes- I am not here to sell cars. I am here to help you buy a car.

Was set to purchase a Honda clarity from the dealership and through a few emails back and forward got an email from Jonathan Fisher saying "I will send you my very best offer on my in-stock Clarity. I will include the $500.00 Active Military Rebate for your wife. If you find my offer acceptable, I'm happy to make you an appointment to move forward. " Offer looked good to me so what did I do, I set up an appointment to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle. Two hours prior to the appointment get an email from Dennis Olmsted saying "The clarity just sold" no sorry we sold the clarity that we set up an appointment for you to purchase and do the paperwork. No phone call just an email back. What a horrible way to do business, don't have me set up an appointment to purchase the vehicle and then just sell the thing. Jonathan's email to me felt like a promise to hold it to the appointment so we can do the paperwork and buy it. Just a crappy way to do business. More

Buyer Beware My salesman, Dennis Olmsted, used sales techniques that left me feeling tricked and disrespected. -When I told him I was looking for a used car he t My salesman, Dennis Olmsted, used sales techniques that left me feeling tricked and disrespected. -When I told him I was looking for a used car he told me they had a 1.9% financing for new vehicles. I found out when I returned to purchase that it was 1.9% only if you financed for 36 months. -On the day I was considering purchasing the vehicle, I felt like Dennis was distracting/pressuring me by going over information in the manual about the car before I even saw the final numbers and agreed to buy it. -Shady pricing tactics - the numbers didn’t match from the previous day. Previously he told me they would honor the lower price I emailed him from another dealership but then he “forgot” until I questioned it for final pricing. Also, I told him I did not want the extended warranty but it was on the final paperwork. When I went to the financing department to review and sign the papers, I felt rushed and the finance manager, Jeff Tomko, seemed perturbed that I was taking time to look over the agreement. This is when I discovered that the numbers didn’t match up--in total over $3000 more that I would have paid had I not checked! Also, an add-on accessory was included in the final price. -On the day I came to purchase the vehicle, I was left unattended for long periods of time. Dennis reappeared when I walked outside to warm up. Maybe he thought I was leaving. It took about four hours even though I had been in the day before and received pricing information. -Horrible trade-in experience - extremely low first offer and don’t forget anything in your trade-in vehicle! -If you had a negative experience, don’t expect to receive a customer satisfaction survey. Dennis showed me a copy of this survey at least four times and asked me to give him all 10s. Somehow I never received a survey thus I felt like the salesman/dealership is dishonest by somehow keeping those customers who have a negative experience (such as me) from receiving a survey. More

We had been shopping around for a few months at other dealerships trying to get the information we needed to make the best decision on just the right vehicle. We never felt as though we received All the information we wanted from the others, like a solid price for what we were interested in buying. Dennis Olmsted gave us all the information we needed on our first visit as well as took the time to make it personable. That is really why we came back the next day to test drive and talk more. Dennis answered all of our questions and really listened to our needs. Within 4 hours we were driving away in our new 2019 CR-V. We feel like we made the best decision and Honda provided all the bells and whistles to make our purchase worth every dollar. More

Dennis O. took time to understand what I needed, for what purpose and what I wanted to spend. After a night to think about which direction to go, when I arrived all the paperwork was ready for me upon my arrival. Caleb in the finance department provided me with excellent communication and explained any questions I had. He provided a few different financing institutions and allowed me to check on my own. Overall, as a salesperson myself, I can say that NOBODY wants to be sold to but customers do appreciate someone who is a true resource and is easy to work with... Which is exactly what you get with this group! More

After receiving an email from Dennis Olmsted I thought I'd give Fisher a try. I stopped in to look at their inventory of 2017s and found the car I needed at the right price. Dennis was thorough, professional and made the sales process simple - no games. In fact, the process was so simple with Dennis' help I was able to complete my purchase over a lunch break. I'm very happy with my new CRV and would recommend Dennis and Fisher Honda to family and friends. More
