Customer for life.. I am still in shock.. I truly did not think with a repo on my record that I would be getting a car anytime in the near future and yesterday I walked o I am still in shock.. I truly did not think with a repo on my record that I would be getting a car anytime in the near future and yesterday I walked out with a brand new 2014 Impreza.. The staff was so friendly and helpful.. The gentleman who specifically helped me was Dennis McWeeney.. He really took the time to understand my situation and he worked so hard and showed so much compassion it was obvious from the start that he was not going to let me leave without a car.. He really went above and beyond, made me and my dad feel so comfortable through out the process I really couldn't be happier.. Its funny because I've always been a Honda driver but after my experience yesterday I will drive anything other than a Subaru and I will never go anywhere else other than World Subaru in Tinton Falls, they gained a customer for life out of me :) .. I know I said it a million times before I left yesterday but thank you to the Tinton Falls team for making happen what I thought would be impossible, truly a group of amazing people!!! More

He seemed to get an idea of what we were after right away but still gave options for choices. We did not feel he was your typical "sales person". He could be your neighbor who happened to work there. The right personality for the job. I have called since leasing the car and he is still patient with me. We really planned on just looking at the Subaru Forrester and then doing a comparison with the CRV. Dennis got our attention with Subaru's safety record, I have my granddaughter a lot. Safety is important. He then introduced me to the Crosstrek. He was right on. Perfect fit for me. I love the car more every time I drive it. Thank you Subaru and thank you Dennis. Carol Smith More

First time buyer This was my first experience in purchasing a new car, so I was rather nervous upon entering the showroom. The salesman who approached me was Dennis Mcweeney. He quickly put me at ease and was very patient with me. We looked at several cars, he explained the different features and finally settled on a 2014 Subaru Impreza. I was not sure of the next steps in actually buying the car, financing and all that, but Dennis explained everything to me and I felt like I was being very well taken care of. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and very pleasant. I love my new Impreza, and I would recommend my family and friends to purchase a car from Dennis at World Subaru. More

Rare experience in car buying I stopped in at World after emailing back and forth with Frantz for several months. On the day that I stopped in I only did so because I promised Fra I stopped in at World after emailing back and forth with Frantz for several months. On the day that I stopped in I only did so because I promised Frantz, I would stop by and see what they had, since the car I saw on line was sold. Well that was either a mistake or good fortune because I never met Frantz but I did meet Dennis M. He conveyed honesty in a profession notorious for not being so. I had been vascillating back and forth between a Honda Crosstour and an Outback. I told Dennis I was not looking to buy that day but I did want to drive one. He gave me the keys to a beautiful 2012 Outback Limited 3.6R with under 20K. I ended up buying the car and driving it home that day, all the while saying "but I didn't come in to buy a car." Yeah I thought my trade was worth a little more, but the price of the car I was buying was great. When something a little quirky showed up on the Carfax the matter was investigated and resolved to my satisfaction. Even after taking the car home when one of the rear DVD players had a flaw World scheduled an appointment and replaced the unit the same week at no hassle and no cost. I have nothing but the highest expectations for the coming years owning my CPO Outback Limited. Thanks Dennis for providing me a car buying experience with none of the usual buyer's remorse.
