It was *significantly* lower than anywhere else we looked, so much so that I was a little suspicious. But the price was valid, the sale was friendly, and dealing with the lease return was a breeze. The salepeople never gave the "hard sell" but they were extremely helpful in answering questions and just being generally good people. Couldn't recommend this dealership more. More

Without a doubt, he knew the capabilities of potential candidate cars and provided in-depth information on each which was targeted to our requirements. All of our questions were treated with respect, and his answers were "on the mark". We completed the deal on our third visit to the dealership, having done our best to understand the very excellent product material provided during the first visit. Although we had done the normal research on possible solutions for our needs, we started our search process with an open mind. We believe that our decision was driven by the product capabilities of the Outback, its outstanding safety features, and the ability of the Sales Representative to understand fully our objectives. Over the course of the following 8 months, we really liked everything about the Legacy. I had always bought Toyota Camrys up until now. We decided to trade in our vehicle that was being fixed and buy the Subaru Legacy. Lou Zuluaga and Dennis McWeeney were very helpful with our 'transition'. Kristi was helpful as we arranged a test drive, and then, when we had a few additional items added by the Service Department, Jessica and Rudy provided excellent support. When we had one additional part to buy later, Jay in the Parts Department was very friendly and efficient. However, most of all our Sales Consultant, Dennis McWeeny, was very supportive through the entire process. He answered our many questions and helped us feel very welcome at World Subaru.
