2nd Legacy from World Purchased a 2011 certified Legacy in 2014 with 30,000 miles. My son just got a job traveling 100 miles round trip to work and wanted to be sure he was Purchased a 2011 certified Legacy in 2014 with 30,000 miles. My son just got a job traveling 100 miles round trip to work and wanted to be sure he was safe on the road. So we traded in his 2011 with 73,000 miles for a 2017 Legacy. Best option was to purchase extra miles and extended warranty and not worry about servicing for 3 years. Returned to Dennis who was our salesman 3 years ago. He helped us way the options of getting another used or lease. Nicole was great at delivery with showing us how the car operated and all the technology options. Frankie Lopez was great with the leasing paperwork. Only negative was I thought the car was worth more on the trade in being it was in good shape and all servicing had been done at World Subaru. More

The best car buying experience in 50 years From the minute I walked into the showroom I felt valued and respected. (Very unlike my other recent car dealer experiences.) Dennis, the salesperso From the minute I walked into the showroom I felt valued and respected. (Very unlike my other recent car dealer experiences.) Dennis, the salesperson, was extremely helpful by not pushing me to make a decision. He volunteered to carry my heavy equipment from my car to see if it would fit in to the Forrester. He explained the new car in detail. Besides Dennis, the manager,financial person and delivery person stayed long past closing to finish the details of the transaction. Even after I leased it, the next day Dennis explained some of the features that I didn't understand. When I returned 3 days later to put on door guards Dennis was friendly and concerned that I was happy with my Forrester. Nicloe the Delivery Specialist again took the time to explain the features and to make sure I was comfortable with the car before leaving the dealership. This is my first Subaru and I love it and the dealership. More
