Very professional Dropped off our Q-56 for noise in front end. They immediately had me go for a ride with the mechanic “Travis” so I could discribe what I was hearing Dropped off our Q-56 for noise in front end. They immediately had me go for a ride with the mechanic “Travis” so I could discribe what I was hearing. He went over everything with me then I got turned back over to Dennis who was very efficient and got me into my rental car and I was out Within 15 minutes I get a text telling me if there is anything I needed I could call or text whatever’s more convenient. (Love that part). By the afternoon I got a call from Dennis in service explaining what they thought... they worked with me on what they could. When I picked up the car is clean and vacuumed. The repairs where all good. Including when they did the alignment the steering wheel was prefectly straight going down the road. Last thing I can say is ... I’m from the North Shore Boston. We have Infinity dealer 8 miles from my house... but I still went to Nashua Infinity which is 45 minuets .. hopefully that says it all. Thanks Eric More

By the dashboard lights on our QX30 Our salesman was a great, young guy and seemed very concerned that we find the right car for us. The service department was very helpful and quick to diagnose the issue and get us on our way - really made us feel good about our purchase. More
