I was extremely disappointed with the service manager’s attitude and lack of professionalism throughout my experience. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, he was rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to d attitude and lack of professionalism throughout my experience. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, he was rude, dismissive, and unpleasant to deal with. When he called to inform me that additional repairs were needed beyond the recall work, his attitude was once again unnecessarily rude. Despite this, I authorized the additional repairs without hesitation. To make matters worse, I was never contacted when my vehicle was ready. I had to call the dealership myself at 4:00 PM to get an update. While the necessary work was completed, the customer service experience was unacceptable. I have no issue paying for repairs, but I do expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the service manager failed to demonstrate either during any of our interactions.
