Great Experience This was my first time buying a car and it was an easy enjoyable experience! We were greeted right away by Demetrius who brought us right to the car I This was my first time buying a car and it was an easy enjoyable experience! We were greeted right away by Demetrius who brought us right to the car I had seen online that I wanted to test drive. I had previously driven the same make and model of this car at a different dealership but this one was in perfect condition with low miles and in my price range. Any questions or concerns brought up were fixed and/or addressed and I felt confident in purchasing. The paperwork was all explained to me as well. Demetrius is easy to work with and is knowledgeable and confident in the vehicles on the lot. I am so happy with my purchase I haven't had any issues since driving off the lot! I purchased a used car of a different brand than the company specially sells and I can say they only purchase the best; they take great pride in selling quality cars. More

I arrived at the end of a Saturday and realized that Demetrius Johnson and Myron Gayles are two of the best sales representatives you will ever find. I arrived at the end of a Saturday and realized that they were about to close. Demetrius said no, we close when I am done shopping. Even though it was late, both Demetrius and Myron stayed on to show a car I was interested in. They were very straight-forward with the pricing and when I need some time to think about the deal, they kept the option open. Furthermore, when the next day when they could have sold the vehicle to others they honored the price that they came to on Saturday night. I left with a realization that this dealership isn't about making just a sale, they are focused on making sure I was getting the car I was looking for at an excellent price. More

My first car ever. I am a new resident of Rochester and having moved from the East Coast I was highly concerned about not having a vehicle and being able to get back-an I am a new resident of Rochester and having moved from the East Coast I was highly concerned about not having a vehicle and being able to get back-and-forth from work especially come wintertime. I did a great deal of research before I went to test drive any vehicles and my last stop was Luther Park Place for a used SUV crossover. When I called, the sales manager Myron was very friendly and straightforward with me about the vehicle and and helped me set up a test drive. But it was the testdrive and following conversation that I had with the sales representative Demetrious who really sold me on the vehicle. Being that I had done a large amount of research I was kind of disappointed when I saw that the price of the vehicle was above market value. When I pointed this out to both sales representatives they indicated that the equipment on the vehicle caused the price to increase. But they respected my research and worked with me to bring the price to a manageable realm. Even after having made the agreement and shaking hands I was again surprised by the finance department of the corporation. I had already secured financing through my credit union, but the finance manager was able to find me an even better loan agreement and I signed right there on the spot. It was refreshing to have a car company respect the research that I had done and really value what my word was as a customer. I'm incredibly happy and thankful for my experience here. And now I have a car I can trust come winter time! More
