Good service on a cold day I work out of town so I don’t know week to week when I’ll be in town. So I wasn’t able to schedule an appointment, but service was able to get me in. The entire group of salespeople were genuinely kind, efficient, informed, and accommodating as they could be. The new car manager, James Taylor, was incredibly helpful, kind, and supportive without ever creating a sense of urgency or pressure. He was sincerely engaged in my preferences, my interests, my budget and not once did he deviate from that gracious demeanor. My sales guy, Demetrius (DJ) was similarly respectful, courteous, accommodating, honest and remarkably dedicated. For example, in order to accommodate my schedule he offered to met me at my workplace on a winter night (-30 degree) at 10:00 pm to complete my purchase. Can’t imagine a better experience buying a car! More
