I usually never write reviews, but I had to take a few minutes to write this unbiased and objective review about Sport Mazda Orlando and Delvin Llit I usually never write reviews, but I had to take a few minutes to write this unbiased and objective review about Sport Mazda Orlando and Delvin Lliteras specifically. I initially contacted them to inquire about a Mazda CX5 that was recently posted on their website. I really liked the price and the features, but there were only stock pictures of the vehicle posted. I asked what I would assume is a pretty obvious question, if I could see some pictures of the actual vehicle. I did this inquiry online, and I will say someone responded to me very quickly to get some basic information and verify my request. Then not long after, an actual salesperson called me and spoke with me. I thought this was great service, and this should be an easy and smooth transaction. However, that’s where things took a turn for the worse. I reached out to that sales rep several times over the next few days to ask for an update on the actual pictures, and received no response. I don’t want to speak poorly of anyone, as that is not my intent or purpose of this review, so I won’t mention any names. But I will say for being the “#1 rated Mazda dealer”, they sure weren’t acting like it, and I was NOT impressed. A day or so later, the initial rep contacted me to follow up on if I received the pictures. I was about to take my business elsewhere at this point, due to their negligent service, so I said I would appreciate it if someone could call me back today. She responded promptly and said she would contact her manager to get back to me. Then I received a call from Delvin Lliteras, and this is where things took a complete 180 turn. Delvin got me the pictures and a walk through video of the vehicle in LESS THAN AN HOUR of me speaking with him. I liked the car and I can honestly say he went to bat for me when we negotiated the price, and within 24 hours I purchased it, and he personally delivered it to me. Now I finally see why they are the #1 rated Mazda dealer, with service like this. This is the type of service and experience I was expecting from the beginning. I would give Delvin a perfect 5 stars and 10/10. However, I can not ignore my initial experience when I first contacted them and their seemingly indifference for my business, in the middle of a pandemic and economic crisis no less. I am not asking, or expecting, anyone to go above and beyond like Delvin did for me. But I think providing actual pictures of the vehicle you would like to purchase, is the bare minimum someone could do. So my final word would be, if you don’t find a good or responsive rep, try, try again – they are out there. Hopefully you can get someone as great as Delvin. He turned a 1 star review into 5 stars, and made me a lifelong Sport Mazda customer. Thank you Delvin! More

Great, quick, professional car buying experience. I found you on line and got hooked-up with Delvin Lliteras, from there it went like clockwork.
