Over charged. I had the same part replaced 10,000 miles earlier for less than 1/2 of what they charged. My local mechanic charged $850 to replace the oil cooler I had the same part replaced 10,000 miles earlier for less than 1/2 of what they charged. My local mechanic charged $850 to replace the oil cooler in the challenger. They said it would cost $1600, but actually charged me $1750.
